Tokopedia Integration

A comprehensive step by step guide on how to integrate your Tokopedia shop as a channel into OneTalk by TapTalk.io.

Integrating OneTalk with your Tokopedia shop will allow you to receive and reply incoming message from your shop's chat.

Integrating Tokopedia can only be done if you have a Power Merchant, Power Merchant PRO and Official Store as your shop status.

Step 1: Create Tokopedia Channel

Start by clicking Integration on the side menu.

A submenu will appear with different channel options, go ahead and select Tokopedia.

Once selected, go ahead and click on the Add Channel button on top right corner of the page.

Next, you will have to fill in your shop URL and choose a topic to be assigned to your channel and click "Save Changes" to submit.

Step 2: Check your Tokopedia Seller email

Once you have created a Tokopedia channel, you should check your Tokopedia's account email regularly for any confirmation mail from Tokopedia.

Step 3: Accept Tokopedia confirmation email

If you received an email from Tokopedia that ask for your permission to let TapTalk.io to have access managing your shop, please click accept.

Once you clicked "Accept" you can contact TapTalk.io's team to help you finalize your shop's channel at OneTalk.

Step 4: Set TapTalk permission to manage your shop

To enable TapTalk to manage your Tokopedia shop, you must go to this URL https://seller.tokopedia.com and give TapTalk.io permission. Follow the steps below

If you can not enable a certain permission for TapTalk.io, make sure you deactivate the other third party's permission first and try enabling TapTalk.io permission again.

Congrats! You've successfully connected your Tokopedia shop to OneTalk.
