Integrating OneTalk with your Google Business Profile will allow you to receive and reply incoming reviews from your Business' Google Maps Location.

Integrating Google Business Profile can only be done if you have a verified location connected to your Google Account.

Step 1: Create Google Business Profile Channel

Start by clicking Integration on the side menu.

A submenu will appear with different channel options, go ahead and select Google Business Profile.

Once selected, go ahead and click on the Add Channel button on top right corner of the page.

Next, you will have to login with you Google Account, please click the Connect with Google button.

Step 2: Login with your Google Account

Start by clicking Connect with Google button, you will be prompt to input your email and password if this is your first time login to Google Account through OneTalk Dashboard.

Google will ask for your permission to let TapTalk.io access your data

After clicking 'next', you will grant TapTalk.io a permission to access your data such as

  1. Account Information This will allow TapTalk.io to get information like your account name to be shown on OneTalk Dashboard

  2. Account Locations This will allow TapTalk.io to get list of locations from your account that can be integrate with OneTalk Dashboard

  3. Account Locations Reviews This will allow TapTalk.io to get list of reviews from the locations that have been integrated to OneTalk Dashboard

Step 3: Choose Location from Connected Google Account

After succesfully connected your Google Account to OneTalk Dashboard, you will be shown screen as below:

Click 'Select Business Profile' next to choose the location you want to integrate with OneTalk Dashboard.

First, you have to choose from your Personal account or Location Group account.

Second, choose the location you want to integrate.

After selecting the location, you need to input Channel name dan choose topic to continue create channel.

Congrats! You've successfully connected your Location to OneTalk.
