A step by step guide on how to create a proactive chat by TapTalk.io

Introduction

By using our Paid Proactive Chat, you can simply reach out to your customer first without waiting for your customer to chat with you in the first place, so you can reach more customers using our feature by sending them a broadcast, a new message, or automatic message using our API.

Types of Proactive Chat

There are three types of proactive chat that you can use, as explained below :

Broadcast Message

With Broadcast Message, you can send a bulk message to 100 customers at one time so you don't need to send it manually.

Start New Conversation

If you want to send a specific message to a specific number of recipients, just simply use our Start New Conversation feature that accessible in our OneTalk Inbox.

Send Message API

Another alternative is by using our Send Message API feature. By using our API, you can simply integrate it with your system, and send the message via WhatsApp by calling our API. You can use it to send an automated message like OTP and transactional notification to your customer using our message API.

How to Get Started

Please follow our steps below to get started using our paid proactive chat.

Important Note This feature can be accessed by the administrator or the member with sufficient permission.

Step 1: Go to Organization

To get started, on the very left side menu click Organization

Step 2: Go to Balance & Top Up

Click the submenu of Balance & Top Up and on the Top Up Now tab, follow the instructions to top up your balance.

  1. Transfer the amount you would like to top up to the TapTalk.io account.

  2. After doing a top-up, confirm your top-up by sending an attachment of proof of your transaction to either email topup@taptalk.io, WhatsApp +6283144484847, or click on the “Live Chat” button on the bottom right of your screen.

  3. Please allow up to 1x24 hours for your balance to be updated. We will also send you the invoice email to the registered account.

How to Check Top Up History

Please follow our step by step below to check your top up history.

Step 1: Go to Organization

To get started, on the very left side menu click Organization

Step 2: Go to Top Up History

Click the submenu of Balance & Top Up and choose the Top Up History tab, to see the detail of your top up history.

How to Check Balance Statement

Please follow our steps below to check your balance statement.

Step 1: Go to Organization

To get started, on the very left side menu click Organization

Step 2: Go to Balance Statement

Click the submenu of Balance & Top Up and choose the Balance Statement tab, to see the list of your balance transaction report.
